All delivery days refer to business days and do not count weekend or other non-business days. Most orders ship the next business day after the order is placed.
Shipping charges are quotes based on USPS and UPS rates and handling costs charged by Swimtowin.com. In the rare occurrence that the actual shipping cost exceeds your quote, you will be contacted prior to your order being shipped to allow you to authorize additional shipping charges.
Shipping and handling is charged on the first shipment to you, whether your order is fully or partially complete. Backordered items, on partially filled orders, will be sent to you at no additional shipping charge via US Postal Service, or via UPS Ground.
US Domestic Shipping: Free and Flat Rate delivers in about 7 to 10 business days. UPS Ground delivers in 5 to 6 business days. US Postal Service Priority Shipping delivers in about 3 to 4 days. UPS Next Day Air Saver® delivers the first business day after processing. UPS 2nd Day Air® delivers the second business day after processing. You will be notified by email when your order ships.
FREE SHIPPING on all orders of swimsuits and/or goggles or orders of $75 or more shipping to US domestic addresses. Qualifying dollar total does not include applicable sale tax and is based on merchandise subtotal prior to discounts. Free shipping will be via the carrier of choice for Swimtowin. Free shipping offer does not include express shipping and may not include some shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. If the shipment to Alaska or Hawaii does not qualify, you will be informed before your orders is charged.
In Store Pick Up: If you are in the San Francisco Bay Area you can pick up your order at our
store in Palo Alto. Simply choose the 'Free, Flat Rate & Pick Up' option when you select shipping. Within that option select 'In Store Pick Up.' A status update email will be sent when your order is ready for pick up. Your order will be waiting for you in our swim department. A small handling fee is charged unless your order would have qualified for our free shipping offer.
International Shipping: International orders ship via Global Priority Mail and will be charged on average $25 shipping and handling. (If a shipment requires more postage you will be notified before shipping.) Most international orders deliver in about 6 to 10 days. However, no method of international shipping can guarantee delivery dates due to possible Customs delays. Please note: Customs Fees and Duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
